2. What if the accident
is the fault of another driver?
Your personal injury protection
insurance company will still pay a percentage of your lost
wages and your medical bills minus any deductible. You can
claim the balance of your medical bills and lost wages from
the other driver’s insurance company, but you must
prove that the accident was the fault of the other driver.
A law suit may have to be filed in order to obtain a recovery
