3. Can I receive damages
for pain and suffering?
Pain and suffering damages
are award able under Florida law only if you prove that
the other driver was at fault and you prove that you sustained
a permanent injury as a result of the accident. Proving
fault on the part of the other driver and proving the permanent
injury can be more complicated than you may think. Often
times the other drivers’ insurance company will hire
