Frequently Asked Questions

SOCIAL SECURITY DISABILITY BENEFITS

3. What if I am denied social security disability benefits?

Often times the Social Security Administration will deny benefits by claiming that you are not disabled enough to receive the social security disability benefits. If this happens, you have the right to file administrative appeals with the Social Security Administration. If these administrative appeals are denied, then you have the right to appear at a hearing in front of an Administrative Law Judge. At Farrell & Gasparo, P.A., we handle social security disability cases all the way through the administrative appeal process to the hearing level.

If you have additional questions, regarding social security disability, the attorneys at Farrell & Gasparo, P.A. can help. Call today and let us answer your questions.
