Farrell Thomas M. Farrell,
IV is a partner in the firm of Farrell & Gasparo, P.A.
He received his bachelors degree in journalism and communications
from the University of Florida in 1989, Magna Cum Laude
and received a Juris doctor degree from the University of
Florida in 1992. Mr. Farrell practices in the areas of long
term disability insurance/ERISA cases, workers’ compensation
claims, automobile accident cases and social security disability.
Mr. Farrell was admitted to practice in the United States
District Court, Middle District of Florida and the Eleventh
Circuit Court of Appeal in 1993. He has served on the board
of directors of the state-wide, Florida Workers’ Advocates,
since 1998 and has served as the Chairman of the Newsletter
Committee since 2000. He has also served on a number of
Florida Workers’ Advocates committees, including the
Legislative Committee, Campaign Fund-raising Committee and
Membership Committee. Mr. Farrell is also a member of the
Academy Florida Trial Lawyers, Florida Bar Workers’
Compensation Section and Employment Law Section and the
Jacksonville Bar Association.
Mr. Farrell is a frequent lecturer on topics
relating to his areas of practice. In addition, he has authored
various published legal articles.
